Well you expect an answer ? first Who wants to trade with a Front page ?
If you want traffic to your page build Gallery's and submit them to the Big TGP's.
So go to the resource page and look for which tgp's you can submit your Gallery's.

Sinse your a newbie you admit that your not able to send allot of hits back so why are you only willing to trade with people who can send you 200+ hits per day.
