does anyone have an .htaccess file in the main root which redirects all traffic from our domestic country to a avs protected site (or sponsor site)?

like eg :
deny from .ch
would lock the site for swiss-surfers..

i know how to redirect based on the wrong referer, but not based on the surfer.
it has to be .htaccess, nothing like .php as i have 50+ domains with a shitload of subdirectories. i'd be able to redirect all the tgp surfers, so i am not getting in too much trouble

btw. i am not doing this to steal traffic from the tgp's , it just would suck ass to have trouble.
