how many pics to start a paysite?

i'm looking into starting a new paysite, how many pics should
i have to start with?
and are videos a must have ?

but ithink good paysite have more than 2000 pictures

videos is optional, but u can add it to increase conversion :)

Videos are must have for every paysite. It should be main target for the surfer!

more pics and vids should be added monthly.
live feeds, games offer as much as possible
