Full page ad on PayPal?

Have you guys seen this? Lately when I log in there I get a FPA for thier debit card, gotta click through to get to my money! Bad enough I have to pay them but they hit me with a FPA too?
Is it me or is that just to much?

I heard they are having a few financial problems lately, I havent liked paypal much since they were bought out anyways.

Just so you know, when you make a payment from paypal, right now it cost you nothing. The receiver however does pay some fees.


With Paypal ATM/Debit, they will give you back 50% of the money they collected form the merchant in fees! (ie, the guy you sended money to)
