I’m 25 years old and engaged :)

ARS has now been around for years and is one the best known programs around, to what do you owe your success? |
We feel as though we are a bank. In that sense we want to offer a level of professionalism and service that is by far the best in the business. Of course, we are also a marketing machine. What drives sales in this business is having an innovative product to sell and a great marketing plan to do it. Many people are aware of the tools we’ve used to market ARS, from $75 payout days to creating the first loyalty Rewards program to offering the largest selection of paysites available.

Any tips you want to give "newbie" webmasters just starting out in the adult biz? |
Like in anything, you must be dedicated and work smart (that doesn’t always mean hard). Learn the business, think outside the box, and carve out a place for yourself. There is always room for more bright, passionate, dedicated people in any business.

Sponsors Shaving is a topic that is started almost weekly by someone on the boards, why do you think webmasters always claim to be shaved by sponsors? |
Have there been sponsors (present and past) who shave? I’m sure there have. Does this mean that every sponsor shaves? Of course not. Do conversion rates fluctuate? YES! Its called statistic (averages). The fact is the pay per sign up model works and is viable. You don’t have to ‘skim’ to make money and I know many good programs that stay honest to their numbers; we’re one of them! :)

How many hours do you spend online or in front of a computer each week? |
I spend roughly 50 hours in front of a computer, down from the 80 hours/wk I spent 2 years ago.

Where do you get your motivation to do this, does your personal life
suffer from working all those long hours? |
My personal life did suffer when I was involved to the extent of 80 hours/wk. There were times when a few employees and myself would work 3 straight days, only napping on the couch for rest. There is no way that does NOT cause stress in your personal life. Since the introduction of my son and my wonderful fiancé I work much more from home and spend time on a number of ventures but to a lesser degree than before :)

Does your family, mother, father etc. know exactly what you do? When did you tell them and what was their reaction? |
My entire family knows what I do and telling them was just an invite to lunch. Hey Mom there is something I want to tell you. That kind of thing.

If you don't mind me asking, how many people do you currently employ in house, and how difficult is it to keep your staff motivated on a daily basis? |
I have a number of other businesses besides ARS. In terms of ARS we employ approx 30 people and the office is run by Innovative’s CEO Becky DeForest (my sister). She is the one responsible for day to day operations and motivating people. Our company has great medical benefits, an awesome 401k, competitive salaries, and profit sharing. We feel team building is very important and we want everyone to feel like THEY have a vested interest in ARS. With that said, we have a dedicated GREAT crew in Vegas that keeps things running smoothly.

Is there anything you'd like to tell our readers about what's new at ARS, or about new programs starting soon? |
ARS’s slogan has been More Service, More Trust, More Money. We offer high payouts, rewards points, weekly payout with the most option of payment distribution, over 600 tours to send your traffic to, health benefits, and and a number of other great features. On April 15th we are very pleased to announce another ‘add on’ to our slogan; MORE CONTROL. With this webmasters will have more console choices for the tours they send traffic to and determine the trial price and length. This will allow them to convert their traffic the way they feel it will convert based upon trial price. We will also be introducing 20 brand new sites, 10 new ‘reality’ video tours, and a $75 day in the beginning of May. :) Ok enough spam for this article…
